Azar Jamalzada ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BrainPass mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

Currently, BrainPass does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide their name, email address, or phone number to function. The App operates primarily using data stored locally on your device.

B. Non-Personal Information & Log Data

We may collect non-personal information automatically when you use the App. This may include:

• Device type and model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S21).
• Operating system version (e.g., Android 12).
• Crash reports and performance logs (to help us fix bugs).

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party companies to facilitate our Service, monitor App performance, and provide infrastructure. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services: Used for core Android functionality and distribution. Read Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Children’s Privacy

BrainPass is directed toward families and children. We take the protection of children's data very seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
• The App is designed to be set up by a parent or guardian.
• Any educational progress data is stored locally on the device or anonymously tailored to improve the quiz experience.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
